Great Media Appearances
It is has been a great January in terms of the extension of media presence for my various interests.
You may recall that at the end of last year I went for a video shoot at work to talk about the New Ways of Work being Agile Methodology in the work place. I went to our Group CIO's 2017 Connect session on Thursday and I had my 10 seconds of fame on video at the event talking about the benefits to our team.
A week ago me and my wife were on Channel Africa radio talking about construction business, the value add from the entrepreneurship incubator program my wife is attending. I found the incubator program while doing research for my blog on my entrepreneurship niche. We just secured some funding for our pricing system, and are talking to an equity investor a week after the broadcast.
We have also revamped our website after moving to WA hosting. This is complemented by a new Facebook page and a twitter profile we quickly put together just before the broadcast. We have a number of colleagues reaching out to ask more about some of the things we spoke about on the interview including our outsourced web marketing programme which has brought us so much business.
The great thing is that the radio station has extended an invitation for us to invite them to come and do a follow up interview at our office or on site to provide progress updates.
I am so fired up, the last two weeks have been so productive and this year is going to be explosive. I already see my WA rank dropping but I am not neglecting my actually business. I have started outsourcing a number of things and only focusing on reviewing and publishing them.
Some great lateral value I am getting from WA.
