The Hidden Treasure within Wealthy Affiliate

Hello Everyone,

I just want to share some experiences that I have endured prior to finding Wealthy Affiliate. I have been trying to build online businesses for about 15 years now.

My first business was selling scented candles. I bought a pallet full of a variety of awesome candles. Then I made a simple website with pictures, prices and details on how to pay. I don't know how it got traffic, but the site made me about $40 a day in sales. Unfortunately, that didn't last very long due to a nasty divorce.

After that, I made a site that was about information on various topics related to hobby grade radio controlled cars and trucks. On that site, I placed affiliate links for related products. But I did not know what I was doing and that left me with little to no traffic and no sales.

Recently, I found a site called Fullstaq Marketer. I cruised through the Funnel and paid about $100 to attend a 3 day seminar where they walk you through building a site. At the end of the seminar you have a site that is published and ready to earn.

Shortly after that came the call from one of their representatives requesting thousands of dollars to become a member and continue training. Yes I paid it and continued training.

What I noticed with Fullstaq was the need for multiple partner sites in order to have your site work properly. They already had the identification information for my site and that was used to allow Fullstaq to track everything from each of their partner sites. I was required to pay monthly for about 3 additional sites.

Their training was great. The owner does most of the training videos. He is an awesome salesman; a likeable guy and he seems to be happy sharing life coaching that has helped him.

Other than an overpriced (thousands of Dollars) startup fee, Fullstaq is a great place to gain knowledge and apply it to your business. I stumbled upon Wealthy Affiliate via an advertisement while navigating all of the sites that are required.

At first, I thought that WA was too good to be true due to the low pricing. WA had all of the bells and whistles of Fullstaq all in one site! No external sites required! Upon looking through WA's content, I realized that I needed to cancel the sites that Fullstaq required. Those additional sites offered valuable information, but the monthly fees were over $200.

To sum it up, Wealthy Affiliate (WA) has everything that you need to start an online business and the community of members is very large and very quick to answer questions. When it's a very important concern, even the 2 owners respond and help you. I surely wish that I had found WA 10 or 15 years ago. I would be rolling in cash by now instead of starting over.

Wealthy Affiliate is a great place to start over. Even though I have lost so many years trying to get it right, I want to start over as quickly as possible with WA. The picture above is a little over the top, but I know now that I have found the best foundation that will eventually allow me to feel like I have found a true treasure.
