You post here to look for feedback on your site, how does it look? Does it need improvement? Do any more experienced members have any suggestions? etc etc
Hi - Site Comments require you to comment on the subject matter of the post that is offered to you, just as if you were a genuine visitor who had found the site through an internet search.
And it is good to check your comments for grammar and spelling before posting it too (as it will get seen by Google). The best comments include a question so that the site owner has the opportunity to flaunt their expertise.
