Hi, I'm busy installing the Theme:Active Course Builder by Thimpress onto my Wordpress site and received this message: "wp_remote_get() failed. Please contact your hosting prov
Hey Lesley, just touching base to see if site support was able to help you with this? It's possible the theme file is too large in which case you'd have to upload it using FTP transfer, which is what happened when I bought my first paid theme.
It's not too difficult but it's a lot easier if you don't have to, lol. Hopefully site support was able to help.
Let me know if you're still stuck on this one :-)

Partly, but not fully. I thought it was resolved in that I was able to install the theme, but aspects of the theme won't work as the theme requires a PHP Memory Limit of128 MB. I'm currently getting the message: "Your current memory limit is sufficient, but if you need to import demo content, the required memory limit is 256MB". Could the PHP Memory limit on my website please be extended? I'll share the request with Support and will let you know if this is resolved.
Interesting (also frustrating I'm sure). I haven't run into that before... sorry I'm not being much help here. Let me know how it goes with support, they've always been able to help me out so hopefully they have a simple solution.
Support has resolved the issue. Thank you so much! You guys are truly phenomenal. I've never encountered a company as caring or as supportive as WA. This is a very new online experience for me.
