Just take your time Trecia, remember this is not a race, just follow the training step by step, and if you don't get it the first time rewind it and watch it again.
I found that I was listening to the training on my phone and had the blog open on my computer and I could keep up with things that way although I did have to pause the video a couple of times to complete tasks before I moved on.
Take a break and then when you come back go through the last lesson so you are doing it again. It will sink in better the second time you watch it as your brain will have already absorbed some of the info first time round
