Introduction to Writing Effective Sales Copy

Sales copy is the single most important component that allows a website to "sell" online. Without "sales", there would be no transactions online and there would be no such things as affiliate programs, or Internet marketers, for that matter. Luckily, there are several techniques that you can use to become good at writing sales copy and that will help you become a self-sufficient copywriter.

A highly profitable affiliate/merchant is usually one with very good sales copy. Whether they have written the content themselves or outsourced it to a professional, the fact of the matter is good sales copy will distinguish your website from that of an amateur. If you can master this art you will be able to convert at a very high rate and will be able to make money within ANY industry.

Kyle, this was a super article. I see the encouragement in getting them to do something Right Now about what they are reading. I went back to my affiliate site I am currently working, checked all 9 posts I have written and made sure that I had at least 2 call to actions phrases in them.

Thanks again,

Sonny

Great informative content, Kyle. Is there a more formula and systematic way of writing Sales copy or content. Eg: What is opening content, Main Content, F&B, Closing Content. Thanks

The explanation is Quite Impressive, Kyle... Thank you so much for that...
My Doubt here is... Where can I write my Squeeze Copy/ Sales Copy? Is there any special place to write? or I can write on web hosting here in WA? Is there any special software/service to create a good one?

Use the new Site Content platform to do all of your writing, then you can upload and publish it to your site from within that. Access through Siterubix tab.

Has the data regarding the increase in length of stay from putting headlines in quotation marks been consistent since this was first written (i.e. is that still equally effective now)?

So, when writing an article/product review, is that different or the same as writing copy?
Reply
Kyle Premium
Absolutely. Copy is just words, when you write you are always writing copy.
