To choose the schedule that you want your backups to run on, click the Next button below.
Choose anyone of the schedules below that you want your backups to run on. I chose to run my own backups on Google Drive as you can see in the screenshot below.
Then click the Save button as shown in the screenshot below. You can as well check the box for email notifications and reports to be sent directly to your site's email address.
