Keep the Editor Classic
The new WordPress version allows you to keep using the familiar classic editor through 2021 and you may start using the new block-based editor once you've been well-used to it.
The Classic Editor Plugin helps to restore the formal editor, the Edit Post screen and will allow you to continue using all the features in the previous WordPress editor including the old-style Meta boxes.
To keep the editor classic, click the "Install the Classic Editor" button as shown in the screenshot below.

To install the Classic Editor Plugin, click the Install button as shown below.
Activate the Classic Editor Plugin on Your Site
To activate the Classic Editor Plugin on your site right away, click the Activate button.
