Why is Keyword Stuffing Bad?
1. The article appears Repetitive.
Let me strike the nail on its head. Keyword stuffing produces poor quality and highly unfriendly content to users. The content will appear as if written by robots and will be difficult to read.
It will affect the time readers spend on your content. As time spent on your content is also a ranking factor. It will affect your ranking in the long run.
2. It affects your brand Authority.
You will not want to share poorly written content with your friends. The same will happen to your content when stuffed with irrelevant keywords.
Your brand's growth is directly affected by the rate at which your content is shared. At a time like this, when content is shared everywhere on social media, you will not want to be left behind because of poorly written content.
3. It leads to a search engine penalty.
Search engines frown at content not produced with best practices. Their crawlers will spot out pages filled with repeated or overused words or phrases. Do not be surprised that search engines can remove websites stuffed with keywords totally from their results.
Google and other search engines proud themselves in presenting high-quality content to their users. They won't partake in rendering content that looks repetitive and like spam.
4. It leads to the loss of readers.
We cannot overemphasize this; articles stuffed with keywords are difficult to read. They will undoubtedly result in losing readers.
Thanks for sharing yet another in depth training with us all. As you rightly point out, and from what I have learned here I believe keyword stuffing is not a good practice for us affiliate marketers.
Our (potential) customers and the certainly the search engines can pick up on this practice, so it is always best to avoid stuffing and only use our keywords where applicable and necessary.
Much appreciated my friend and take care.
