6. Include CTA Links in Your Articles

You can use the CTA many times in the text. Do not forget that not everyone is reading the entire text.

You've now created articles and converted them into downloadable e-books. Create landing pages to promote your lead magnet. Then automate the process by linking it to your email marketing services.

Next, link your landing page to your articles. Your call to action should be clear, encouraging, and compelling. You could say, "Download this PDF guide."

For Medium and LinkedIn, you can use an image button as your CTA and then link to your landing pages.

Another good way to post articles on LinkedIn is to write the first couple of lines then put 'Click here to continue reading' and put in a link to the post on your website.

That way you are driving traffic to your website as well as sending social signals to Google. Bonus!

Note to self - do more of that! (I changed the use of my LinkedIn profile but it would still work to showcase my writing I guess - though I have the wrong audience these days lol.)

That is understandable Canty. It has taken me years to even begin to understand social media platforms. Just keep reading and collecting information and it will eventually fall into place.

Hi Donna,

Thanks for the kind comment. I'm still learning something new every day. It's actually one of the things I love about online marketing, this accumulation of knowledge.
