When someone leaves a comment and asks a question don't just answer and forget it. Compile a list of these questions for a FAQ menu on your website.

If you are promoting WA you are sure to be asked about up-sells at some stage. This would then become an item in your FAQ list. It could also be the basis for another post on your site.

having a FAQ menu on your site can also bring traffic. Everyone has questions and if they can't find the answer in your FAQ list there is a good chance they will leave a comment on your site asking that question giving you more of that very valuable content we are all looking for as well as another FAQ for your menu.

Answering peoples questions will go a long way to branding you as the expert. If you have written a post dealing with the question they ask then this is a chance to get them to read that post by dropping a link to that post into your reply. Comments also give you a second chance to promote your product further.

Thank you for the insights, Margaret. It is very useful and a great reminder to each of us to ask for feedback/comments and to comment back. I love the idea of asking a question or becoming a little more personal. Really Nice training.
