One of the easiest ones to use is Total Ping which can be found at TotalPing.com.

All you have to do is enter the title of the post you want pinged along with its url and check all the boxes available and hit enter.

Don't worry if not every single ping service shows as "completed". Some may have errors and this is ok. You are just notifying as much of the internet as possible that your post is the new kid on the block.
