I happen to be a member of Mitt Romney’s church. There is a statements in the writings of the church founder that says, “...by small and simple things are great things brought to past...”

That is just another way to say that a process is made up of small steps.

When you build a building, you test the soil to see what is going to happen when you put a load on it, level the ground, dig the foundation, put in re-bar and mesh and pour the concrete, place bolts into the concrete, and build up the framework, lay the brick, put on the roof, hang the doors, finish the interior including wiring and plumbing, put in cabinets and appliances and fixtures, hang pictures on the walls and place the furniture and then make sure you have a garage door if there is a garage and landscaping and sprinkler system and a doormat that says, “NO SOLICITORS!”

All of the above takes planning. You, of course, know that.

Carpenters work form blueprints so the planning must be done.

I don’t know what it is, but new people to Internet marketing do not see things the same way.

Part of it is the hype.

Promises are made that are not true in the sense that you really don’t have to know what you are doing.

You do.

Internet marketing is a business or a facet of business. Like any business it takes planning. It takes education. It takes help from others.

If you have the right attitude about Internet marketing you can be a successful marketer and you can make a good part-time or full-time living, a comfortable living that will permit you to do what you like to do, what you would like to be able to do.

Now, I don’t make my living by Internet marketing. I’ve been retired for 18 years and I took care of my retirement many years ago.

But I like marketing on the Internet and my interaction with others.

I have helped members of my family to do very well on the Internet while making some money on my own which helps at this really expensive time of my life as I pay a full-time care giver to take care of my wife with the many expenses that go with it.

Yes, I have long-term insurance, which is a blessing, but I have many other expenses. Recently my Internet income has increased so I appreciate that.

I appreciate the advice and help her I get from other members.

Right now, while you are building your business, I’m concentrating mine to a few sites.

I’m 80 years old so I’m not going to be doing this much longer–unless I have another spurt of excitement.

John, I must say, your writing is simply captivating! I began reading and a few paragraphs in I had a 2 year old screaming, an 8 year old hitting a 10 year old and both of them hollering for a referee. Normally, I would have tended diligently to my favorite rackets, however, I was already deeply engrossed. The solution? I handed the children off to day whilst I locked myself in the bathroom to finish reading. Thank you greatly for sharing!
