I always hit UPDATE one more time for extra peace of mind
Your image is scaled and ready to use!
This is your final outcome:
If you wish to change the outcome, you can delete the picture permanently and start over.
Try to always know what size you are aiming for, makes it much easier.
In the beginning, I just played with the sizes until I got what I wanted. Then I figured out what most pictures needed to be sized at to look good in the space I wanted to put them.
Hope this helps and cuts out a few steps for you!

To resize a picture on an image to image basis (leaving main image as original size), there is another way to do this. Make changes straight into WP Text editor, and change the width and height attributes making sure you maintain the ratio.
i.e. you have an image and want to halve its size.
Locate the <img />
and change -> width: 400; height: 150;
to -> width: 200; height: 75;
You can keep changing until its right for you! Just thought I'd chip in.
