Read an interesting question today from an affiliate who wanted to know how they could redirect their WA URL to a Squeeze Page provided by another vendor. This was interesting challenge. Found a great little plugin called Quick Page/Post Redirect. Once installed let's you redirect any Page or Post URL to another. Here's a get overview and how use the Plugin. No, not really. This plugin just redirects a web page visitor to another page or site. For capturing emails you could use another plugin called Contact Form 7.

But, if you mean that after the redirect, can the another page be used for capturing emails. Then yes, it can be used for anything you want. But of course you would need to set up the contact form on that page as well.
