This may not be the exact way you have learned to organize your posts, but it is a way that is working for me. I don't use it on all my sites, but am finding it works well on the ones I have used it on.
You might already have tried something similar. I'd like to hear how it worked for you. And what alternations you made from what I've outlined.

Diane, thanks for this training. A helpful guide to prepare a product focused writing method. I saved this. Everyone needs to do the planning in steps. Awesome training. My structure is almost similar to yours. I also follow Nathaniell's training. He provided great class for product focused writing template.
