At some point, you're going to need help. There's going to be something you don't understand, something that doesn't quite make sense.

That's where this community really shines. You can do one of 4 things:

1. Ask a Question - This is kind of like a blog, but it's a section just for questions. Just click the pen at the top right menus next to your rank and then click "Ask a Question"

2. Check other people's blogs - Sometimes someone will have already answered your question in a blog or asked a question and someone answered it. Check out blogs by searching at the top-left side of the main bar next to the logo.

3. Private message me - I have been here at WA for over a year, so I've learned a thing or two. If you have any questions, feel free to ask away. I'll be more than happy to assist you in any way I can!

4. Live Chat - There's also Live Chat! It's not guaranteed that someone who knows what they are talking about will be on Live Chat at all times, but there are a lot of really knowledgeable members who creep the chat from time to time, and they will usually put you in the right direction. But sometimes there will just be a few people who don't know what's going on asking questions with no answers. I try to hop in if I see this happening, so if you are pretty knowledgeable on WA, please stalk the Live Chat more!

You can also comment on some of the training and someone may be able to help you, and if it has to do with your website's functionality, you can contact SiteRubix's SiteSupport under the bright blue SiteRubix tab on the left side of WA's website.

Point being: there's always someone here to help you!
