Who is in charge?

Having a business is not enough, it needs to be worked out. Who is going to do what? Who will do the job? Are you going to outsource part of the work or are you assuming the whole of it.

For webowners it means:

  • Writing content
  • Maintaining links and themes and plugins
  • Refining SEO and social media

Not an easy job on the long run.

This is a great subject. Alot of people that start blogging or other types of home based businesses never have a business plan, so more often than not they end up treating their business like a hobby instead of a business. And we all know that if we treat our business like a hobby it will pay us like a hobby....Nothing!
