Where is your business?
This sounds silly? Well it is not.
- Where do you work from? From home or on the beach? Or do you have an office?
- Is it local, nation or worldwide oriented?
- Is it a private or a business address?
Just like the 'what kind of business are you in', the 'where is your business' has legal consequences too. Make sure to check that.

Many of us just blog at home. The most simple form of business that is. No special obligations except tax in case of earnings. Just check.

This is a great subject. Alot of people that start blogging or other types of home based businesses never have a business plan, so more often than not they end up treating their business like a hobby instead of a business. And we all know that if we treat our business like a hobby it will pay us like a hobby....Nothing!
