NOTES:
1) The Member MUST hit your chat "Reply" button as indicated below for you to:
a) You to be able to get a notification that a member has responded.
b) You to see which member responded to your question.
2) You MUST NOT be in the Live Chat screen or you WON'T get the 'red' number indicator. I believe this is because if you're in the Live Chat window then you will visibly see your answer and who responded to you and therefore this feature would be irrelevant.
3) If a member responds to your question in the public message area then you WON'T get notified as the system doesn't know the answer was intended for you.
4) As I see it, the benefit of the 'red' numbered indicator (with the number of members that responded to us) only showing up when we're NOT in the Live Chat is that it allows us to continue working within Wealthy Affiliate on our course and etc while waiting for a response to our question.
It allows us to go back and forth and check when there is a response. This saves us the time from just waiting in Live Chat for our answer.
It appears that we can be in a different browser window too when checking back and forth.
If you need clarification on anything in this tutorial or you have any more input on how these Live Chat features work that I haven't come across, we appreciate your feedback.

One time we just came back to the live chat and seen the 'red' reply symbol and thought "that's cool" and just searched for who responded.
Now we use the feature all the time. :)
I've also missed responses to our questions because of how fast it scrolls down and because of that we use the 'reply' feature even more so now because it will tell us how many responded and when we scroll through the discussion it will give us the symbol indicating they replied making it easier for us to find.
