4. Make Customer Personas
Note down what your customers want. Writing from this persona will help you communicate your message more clearly and make your writing more relatable. Spend some time to identify the typical customer profiles for your niche market and products.
5. Reach Your Sales or Customer Support Team
This source of information is often ignored, even though it's readily available. Talk to your customer service representatives and sales reps and listen carefully.
Your sales and customer service agents might share some of the phrases used by potential customers. If time is tight, you might be able to request access to live chat transcripts so you can read them yourself.
6. Keep it Short and Sweet
You probably know that most people don't read the web. This statement is accurate in many respects. Most web users don't read every word, they scan text.
They scan sentences instead. It's important to remember this when writing. These are some tips to note here.
This is truly helpful. You addressed details that I was not aware of. I will bookmark this training for future reference.
Edwin
There are basics and just good tips I have overlooked in the past.
My one thought is Google wants at least 1,000 words to rank at all. I have always thought that was excessive, but I am not Google.
I suppose it depends on what you are writing about. A thesis on "Babe Ruth" would require much more than 1k words while selling a clothing affiliate wouldn't
I will have to apply this to my own business.
Thanks for your wonderful teaching.
