TWEET ICONS
You will notice that at the bottom of every tweet there are 4 and sometimes 5 icons. Below I will briefly explain each one of them and show you what happens when you click on them. In the image below the first icon is the REPLY icon.
After clicking on the “Reply” icon a small window will appear where you can send a short message reply to whomever posted the tweet. This will also go to anyone else who has either replied or retweeted the post. This can be seen in the below image.
Personally I rarely use the Reply feature unless I know the person or have something important to say regarding the tweet. But the “Retweet” icon in the below image I will use on other people’s tweets. When building up your followers and making your Twitter Profile more appealing to those who may want to follow you, it is best to have a variety of tweets instead of nothing but yours.
You cannot retweet your own posts, so this icon is only active on posts that are not yours. When you go to retweet a post by another Twitter member it will display a small pop up window like you see in the below image. You can add a comment before retweeting it if you want but most times I just click the Retweet button.
The next icon is very simple to understand and explain. This star icon, as seen in the below image, is called the “Favorite” icon and you would click on it when you like a tweet. This serves the same purpose as the Like button on every comment, blog, and training here at Wealthy Affiliate.

It is fairly well known that Twitter is in the midst of making changes to their network and since the posting of this training tutorial they have made more.
As of today November 3, 2015, their Favorite icon is no longer a star and it is not called "Favorite" anymore, it is now a heart and called "Like" - See image below.
