Background: Crystal is a young wife and mother living in the same town she grew up in and loves staying at home with her 8 month-old daughter. She has taken up a hobby of crocheting and has been asked to make items for others to purchase. She is looking for ways to promote these items and build her very own website with an ecommerce store eventually built in.
Demographics: Crystal is in her mid-20’s and since her husband is the bread winner they earn $55,000 a year plus year end bonuses.
Persona Type: Crystal is the Humanistic persona type. Since having her daughter Crystal sees things in a whole new light and loves getting to know new people.
Role: Crystal would be interested in learning more about building websites, marketing her products and possibly becoming an affiliate for other sites. She is also interested in building her email list and wants to learn how to avoid scams online
Buying Habits: While her daughter is napping, Crystal likes to be online keeping up with her family and friends. She also likes to read other blogs by fellow Mom’s and loves to comment and build relationships. She loves to shop online but will read the reviews by others before she purchases.
Media Consumption Habits: Crystal has subscribed to RSS feeds containing blogs written by other moms as well as Organic Living Websites. She also follows Business pages on Facebook that are about Family and Organic, Self Sustaining Living.
Conversion Goals: The websites goal should be to guide Crystal through the process of setting up a website.
