Growing an Active Facebook Group

Here are the steps to growing your Facebook Group:

1 -Facebook Messenger Outreach

Facebook Messenger can be used for reaching out to users who have shown a keen interest in your brand. It provides an easy way to reach all or some of those people and invite them to join your business group.

2 - Send Newsletters

I'm assuming that you already have an active email list that your business maintains. You can update members of your lists with recent activities going on around your brand.

In the process, you can also invite them to join your Facebook business group in order to share their views and add to the discussions.

3 - Focus on the Customers

We've established that Facebook groups are designed to focus on your customers and not your brand. If you want a platform that is solely focused on your brand, then you should opt for a Facebook page instead.

Let your discussions center around the needs of your customers, about questions in their minds, and responding to their feedback. If you're able to do this well, you will gain the trust and confidence of your customers.

4 - Provide Educational Content

You can add value to members of your Facebook group in so many ways including providing educational content. Share such content with members of your group that will educate and entertain them in unique ways. By doing this, you will be improving your brand's value in their minds.

5 - Build a Community Feeling

Give opportunity to group members to air their views and opinions with others in the group. Be open with your brand and try to be as sincere as possible with the group members.

6 - Be Consistent

Imbibe the practices that have been outlined in this tutorial and be consistent in applying them.

Conclusion

Facebook group can be used to grow your online influence, build a community around your brand, and engage your customers.

This guide provides you with tips to build an active Facebook business page and grow your group members.
