Before doing the rest of the steps I recommend you set a fairly professional wallpaper if you don't have one already. One way of doing this is to go through the standard Windows wallpapers. You can find these by right-clicking on the desktop and choosing "personalize".

If you were looking to take pictures of web pages a chrome extension would work. However, this is geared towards taking a picture of certain computer programs, all of which may not be full-screen.
