7. Pay attention to your Customers
Do not forget that your customers are the reason why you are in business. As such, you do not know better than your customers. Irrespective of what your marketing plan might look like, listening to your customers will guide you in making the best marketing decision. Attend to customers complaint and request promptly.
Monitor your online mentions, ensure to respond to them as need be. It will be easy to respond to an online complaint than amending a negative review.
8. Build Authentic relationship
Communication is the driving force for any effective marketing. For effective communication, there is a need for you to listen to your customers first.
Things are changing and people now respond to issues affecting brands they use regularly. They use different avenues which include social media and other review platforms. They will prefer to be heard rather than been bombarded with different types of adverts.
Great post and advice as always my friend.
As always I find your articles very thought-inspiring and on point. This is an area I have been thinking about a great deal lately. I do think I need to study the competition some more and review what niche I am really in.
Thanks for these excellent pointers.
Best regards
Andy
