Be Credible
Now on the previous step, Communicate Your the Expert, I know I pointed out you don't need to have been an expert for years in your chosen training. However...
You do need to know what you are sharing. This might be either by personal experience or having already taught others face-to-face for example. But do know the results of what your training will result with.
For example, following along these 5 steps on how to structure your training, I know that you will:
- Confirm your expert status in your training topic area
- Participants will love your content
- Most importantly participants will be motivated to move to action
- Participants confirm they have taken action and
- Participants will want to hear more from you
Win/win I say. This structure is all based on delivering high quality and relevant content. Something I know that WA is all about and most of us here at WA are all about.
Continue through to the next step 'Step out Your Knowledge' to take some practical actions towards your next training.
I was just going over in my mind what I was going to start calling your collection of trainings, lol... its so funny how we do those kinds of things :o)
