Include Calls To Action

For participants to truly engage and learn from your content. It is critical you give them regular points where they take action.

• It can be as simple as saying, make sure you take note of this particular point or
• If there is only one thing you take away from this training then it should be_____ or
• This step is essential for your success etc etc

In addition, I would encourage you to close your trainings with a call to action. For trainings here at WA that can be as simple as:

• Leave your experience as a comment on this training or
• Share when you have completed this training as an accountability strategy or
• Share your experiences here in comments

This is the most appropriate call to action at the end of a training at WA another option might be to encourage participants to follow you here at WA for more trainings or blog posts or to connect via google plus if they want to know more about what you do beyond WA. But I wouldn't put your google plus url link in the training. Just make sure you have it listed as a link on your WA profile.
