Long Tail Keywords are mainly questions for the most part and are often representative of someone who is closer to the buying phase in their search journey. These are keywords that are more specific and thus have a lower competition, making many of them also of the low hanging fruit variety.
Because of this and that there is no space restrictions for blog post titles like there are with pages, practically all of my blog post titles on my websites are all long tail keywords.
