Practicing Good Design
It might be easy to get away with some design problems in the desktop version of your site, but these problems will be more visible in the mobile version.
One thing to consider is the amount of whitespace that you may have around your paragraphs. your readers might not stay very long if your site if your content looks like it's cramped together. When you break up those big blocks of your content and can make it scannable, it benefits your mobile readers.
A website that is cluttered is difficult enough to read on a regular screen. It's a good idea not to go there with your mobile readers!

I'm using that plugin and apparently it's not working properly? It worked fine for a day or so but now if you try and navigate through my menu it reverts back to the "not so friendly mobile" version of my site? Any advice?
Thanks!

Good information to know if we want to create websites for mobile device and lets face there is a lot of them and they are here to stay. So it would be good to have our site mobile ready.

Good info.
Most people have a smart phone or ipad... that is, most people except me! So, to see what a website looks like on a cell phne or ipad, I use the following website: mobilephoneemulator.com
I use this website because I make mobile friendly websites for many local businesses and that's the only way for me to see what I've made for them.
