Your Homepage Should Guide the Visitors

It should serve as a guide for everyone that visits. Your homepage should direct your visitor to the main pages. It must have the introduction or tagline that I mentioned above.

This tagline would not be useful if the homepage didn't allow visitors to click on your main pages or money pages. These pages are where you sell the product, close the deal or fill out the contact information.

Hero Image

This is a web design term for a particular type of banner. A hero image refers to a large banner image prominently displayed on a website, usually in the center of the page.

Sliders or Better Alternatives

The slider area can be a great place for guidance. It would be a good idea to add a hero image of your featured product along with a call-to-action button. You can rotate it with each browser refresh. This is a great way for your homepage to look different on every visit.
