Now that we have a routine down, it's time to modify. Here's the thing though. When it comes to time management and having the best schedule ever, it's just like staying healthy.

You can't try to fix everything at once... you gotta do it one step at a time.

We all know what the keys to having a successful online business are: creating content, sharing content, and getting traffic to your site.

The thing is, you can't train yourself to accomplish all these tasks at once. You have to take it one step at a time.

Let's start with content creation. I want you to time yourself to see how long the process takes you. From coming up with a topic, to finding a keyword, finding relevant images, writing out the content, and publishing. Use a timer to find out how long it's taking you.

Got it?

Now you're going to set aside the exact amount of time every single day at the same time. And you're gonna do it like they used to in school; with an alarm. If the content creation and uploading process takes you 2 hours, then that's how much you're going to set aside.

Let's say you work from 9-5. Putting in to consideration that your commute is 20 minutes and once you get home you take a shower and have dinner, let's say you're free by 6:30. I want you to set your alarm to go off by 8:30 on the dot which is when you should be done.

Also set a schedule for when you create content. If you can post daily, then that's awesome for you! If not, do your best to post 2-3 times a week.

Remember your fans and the search engines are also creatures of habits and they're counting on your content.

Moving on!
