Now that your brain and body have become accustomed to creating content at the same time and on the same days, it should become like clockwork to you. Just like your brain knows how to get to your supermarket and your kid's school, it knows that on Mondays and Thursdays you're creating new content for your business.

With one healthy habit added to your schedule, it's time to add another one. You're going to go about this the same way.

Let's say you want to grow your Facebook page. You are NOT going to post at random times like you do with your personal account... you're going to post every day at the same time. Of course, you should do your research first to find out when the best time is to post based on when your followers are the most active.

Continue adding tasks/habits to your routine until they stop feeling like work. Trust me, I used to dread the content creating process but now I look forward to it.

If you remain consistent with when you complete these tasks, they're gonna become second nature. Like how guitarists never forget how to play the guitar.

Time for the next tip!
