Build Inbound Links (Backlinks)
Inbound links are known as backlinks - Links from other websites that point or direct to your own website!
What are the good ways to build inbound links for search engine ranking? I do suggest several ways for my readers in which participating consistently on Quora is major. If you’re only answering questions that are not related to your niche, you’ll be generating low quality links and this will result in getting slapped by Google. You’ll also be getting your ranking lowered.
Other ways include making posts consistently to high PR niche-related online forums, guest posting for authority blogs and many more.
Help and Promote Authority Bloggers in Your Posts.
Do you realize that you can generate lots of high quality backlinks simply by promoting authority bloggers in your blog posts? First, the blogs you follow must be such that share the same passion with you. This ensures that you keep getting quality links and you will improve your Page Rank in no distant time.
Second, authority bloggers are more trusted by search engines and, thus, will get you ranked when you start getting mentions on their blogs.
Pro advice: It’s not just the content you create that matters to search engines but the quality of visitors that link to that content at one time or the other.
First: How many internal links to other posts do you feel should be included? I always try to do one, but wondering if more would not be better.
Also, is it a good idea for me to go back to my early posts and link them to more recent articles?
I think I know how you will answer this one: I get several quality blogs in my site regularly. Should I post something in these regularly?
Question:
Would it help to cite certain sources that I used in my blog posts?
Like at the end of a post to show some links like http://wikipedia.org that I used to gather information.
Thanks for the great training.
