Tip 3 - Focus on key tasks

Make the most popular tasks always just a click away on the homepage. It is friendly, because people will not have to search. You let your customers as well see that you know what they need.

But how do you find out which are the most popular tasks? This can be addressed in different ways. For example, look at the website statistics which pages are most frequently visited. Or try to figure out which questions is frequently received by e-mail or via the website. Another way is to look careful about what top websites in your niche have on their homepages. Learn from them!

Create a Top 5

Look on Google analytics which pages are most popular. Create a custom menu in your sidebar with “Most Popular Posts”
