So now that we know who our customers are or will be in future, we need to identify with their needs, in order to make them happy and content.
Next step in our task is to try to set ourselves into the shoes of our customers and think how we can make them happy. I hope you used my pointers on the previous page to write down your customer base? Lets examine it!
In out goal to make our customer happy we should realise that helping someone out by offering good advice and experiences is always the first step in creating a good relationship with your customer.
Try to think in your customers behalf on problems and real life situations, where he might be seeking for assistance! So in order to write content that will convert to sales, we need to know our customers! There are several easy ways of doing this.
Google Your Competition
Checking out the competition doesn't mean you are copying them! Instead you can learn from them, after all they have been doing this for longer than you and most likely analysed the purchase rates and interests of their customers. What do they write about? How do customers respond to them?
Search Your Customers
For instance, figure out the forums and groups where your customers hang out on social media. Join these places and invest time in examining their behaviour, questions, problem comments and products reviews.
Test Your Customers
Create small adds based on your research and see how effective they are bringing people to your site. See how this will change your statistics.
Examine Available Popular Products or Services
This will give you a good idea what customers are buying and which products or services you should review and offer assistance in choosing or providing.
Using Your Knowledge
So now that we know what our customers want, we can move on to examining what the customers are up to on our website.
