Upon activation, a new "Rename" column will be added to the Media Library window:


The plugin will look for file names that do not match the media or image title in the library. If there's a match, you'll see a green check mark symbol, otherwise an "Auto" button will be displayed allowing you to rename the file. More than that, the plugin will recommend you an ideal filename based on the title of the given media element:


And that's it ... If you click the "Auto" button, the plugin will instantly rename the file to match the media title and more importantly, will also automatically replace the old file name used in your posts and pages.

Cool, isn't it?

Ok just tried it out and after "auto" changing about 20/30 went to look back at them and they had all gone back to auto and no green tick, also to change the file it says pro version only, what am I missing

You are trying to use the rename meta tab in the post editor. That's a PRO only feature, that's why I haven't included it in the tutorial. You need to use the Posts => All Posts list view as I showed in the tutorial.
