Manual Pins Tracking Table
Now let's create a Pin Tracking table. Here is my template:
Copy the setup from the image above:
1. Create columns titles with the names of your Group Boards
2. List important board attributes right under. You don't want to forget important rules and be kicked out of the board that took you so long to get accepted to. Highlight them.
3. List your posts in column A.
4. Add Pins descriptions in column B. As it's for your own eyes only, put something that makes it easy for you to understand.
5. If one post has more than one pin (and it should!), insert more rows and just copy the post name. It will allow you easy sorting if you need in in the future.
6. Go to the C7 cell. In the main menu, choose "View" and then "Freeze Panes"
This will allow you to scroll down or right without loosing the site of the columns titles and pin descriptions.

Thank you for sharing this. I’ve just got started with Pinterest so I’ve tagged your training for future use. Your efforts are much appreciated!
Best wishes,
Steve.
I also am just now venturing into the world of Pinterest. So this will be a very useful tool to utilize as I go forward.
I also am trying to use free methods of tracking my social media activities. At least for me, I have a hard time justifying spending too much until I know what I’m doing at least somewhat. Once I master manual methods, I may look into automation tools. At that point I’ll have a better idea of what my needs are.
But until then, thank you for the spreadsheet training.
Well done!
Jeff
