Maintaining The Table

For this tool to be useful, you have to be super accurate in entering a date everytime you pin.

You must add every new pin as a row, with the desription and the relevant post name. It's up to you if the order is by the post names or by the pin names, or just as the order how you create the pins.

You can easily sort the table by highliting the row #6 and clicking on

Data tab on the main menu >> Filter

Consistency is a key!

Good stuff Mary!

I also am just now venturing into the world of Pinterest. So this will be a very useful tool to utilize as I go forward.

I also am trying to use free methods of tracking my social media activities. At least for me, I have a hard time justifying spending too much until I know what I’m doing at least somewhat. Once I master manual methods, I may look into automation tools. At that point I’ll have a better idea of what my needs are.

But until then, thank you for the spreadsheet training.

Well done!

Mary,

That was really nice. I've just started working with Pinterest and will find the spreadsheet very useful. I also love conditional formating.
