Let's Create A Screenshot

1/ Open the program or window that you want to take a Screenshot of.

2/ Click on the Snipping Tool from the Taskbar as seen in the image above.

3/ Now click on the New button as seen in the image above.

A Cross appears with the background greyed a certain percentage.

4/ Drag your mouse cursor to the top left of the area you want to capture and then click on that point, holding the left mouse-click down, drag the rectangle to the opposite corner where you want to crop the area of the screen, then let go of the left mouse-click.

5/ Your Screenshot has just been created!

Have fun trying out various forms and area sizes!

Now that we've Created A Screenshot, let's Save The Screenshot.

That's interesting... not heard of that one. Is it an app, or online access only? Uhhh... I think you meant to type ScreenGrab?

Sorry about the typo. If you're using Firefox as your browser you can use the Add-On feature, or Google ScreenGrab and download it from there. Hope this helps.

You are just full of information aren't you?

Thank you for this. I have always wondered how people do this and whenever I have asked no one has wanted to tell me.
