There are a few different ways you can do this.

1. You can purchase a premium theme, "Gusto" as an example, which has this functionality built in.
2. If you don't want to go that route, you can purchase a premium plugin called "Ubermenu". I was told by one of our members that this plugin costs around $20.
3. Or you can use this free plugin that I have found, actually it was recommended to me by our own Jay Neill (otherwise known as magistudios), that will do the same thing. It is called "Mega Menu for Wordpress".
