In the image above you'll notice that there are six settings that can be changed.

In the "WP Mega Menu Settings" option select "Mega Menu" from the first drop down list. For my example I selected "4 columns" from the next drop down list. The reason for that is I have 6 sub items, so I wanted an even number of links in each column. For some unknown reason when you look at your drop down list, it shows one less than what is selected here. Press the "Save Changes" button at the bottom for this setting.

In the "General Settings" option I enabled the "Active Menu Link", "Hide Arrow" and "Show Menu Icon" buttons. Leave the other fields as is. Press the "Save Changes" button for this setting. It is important that you enable the "Active Menu Link", otherwise when you click your mouse on that link, it won't go anywhere!!!!

In the "Mega Menu Settings" option, the only change you may want to make is to select "Aligned to Parent" from the drop down list for the the "Mega Menu Vertical Position" option. You may want to play around with the other options, but I didn't notice any changes to my drop down list when I changed anything else. Press the "Save Changes" button for this setting if you do change any of the options.

In the "Flyout Settings" option, you can leave the settings as is or you can play around with them. I didn't notice any changes to my drop down list when I changed anything. Press the "Save Changes" button for this setting if you do change any of the options.

There's nothing to change in the "Leave the Menu Replacement Settings" option.

In the "Icon Settings" option, click on the empty box and you'll be presented with a ton of icons to choose from to indicate that this particular menu item is a drop down list. In the image below, you'll see that I selected the down arrow image.

This icon will be displayed beside the link you're working on, in this case the Products link.

NOTE: When you've finished making the changes to the Mega Menu Settings, close the window. Make these changes to each of your main header links that contains a drop down list and when you're done, make sure you press the "Save Menu" button.

Let's see what the drop down menu looks like below.

If you want to add images to each of your links in your drop down list, you will definitely want to go the next page!

My pleasure Barbara! I'm having a good weekend now. It took me the better part of 7 hours to create this training, but hopefully it will be worth it.
