Now you need to change your Wordpress settings to enable your newly created page to be displayed as your landing page. Here is how....

Go to "Settings", "Reading" and under "front page displays" select "a static page". Your front page is basically your landing page or home page. You can then choose the page you just created above for your "front page".

Save your changes and go to your home page preview to see if it is displaying your new landing page.
