Every business organisation has a Mission Statement. It is essentially a statement that states its overall purpose. It helps workers to know the specific tasks which best align with the mission of the company.

Having a Mission Statement is the best way to keep shareholders, leaders and employees on its toes because it gives them an insight into what they should be doing based on the primary purpose of the business organisation. It provides an action plan or a "call for action!"
