As Stephen R. Covey said ...
When the trust account is high, communication is easy, instant, and effective.
And here’s the very same thing in a much more straightforward and profane approach: once blog readers get to know you, like you, and trust you, it becomes much more easier to sell to them. You should keep in mind this “cliche” if you want to earn money with a blog or to make a living with blogging!
In the real life trust is built – and maintained – by many small actions over time, and is not a matter of techniques or tools, but of character. When it comes to blogging, trust is built – and maintained – by many small actions over time, but relying just on your character probably won’t suffice. If you want to build a credible, trusted blog, you’ll have to use some tricks too.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that you should start focusing on copywriting! Quite the opposite! The perfect blog post doesn’t have an immediate sales objective. The perfect blog post may have a marketing purpose, but is always useful, educational and inspirational.
So yes, obviously, the most important thing is to constantly create more and more valuable and helpful content that perfectly reflects your goals, your character and your online identity, but, there are some essential elements that must be included in your blogging strategy if you want to establish the credibility of your blog.
