Still Stumped? Ask Your Question
If you really can't find what you're looking for, scroll down to see ‘Can't find what you are looking for? Ask a Question.'
There is a limited character count in the question box so just cover as much as you can in that space. You clarify your problem in the main body where it says 'Add a few more details about what you're asking!'. The more explicit you can be with your question the easier it will be for people to give you the right answer. This is one time when it's OK to include a link to your website if that would help. This is easy to do: just copy and paste in your URL (website address) from the address bar of your browser and it will be converted into a link when you submit the question.
You can include images when you ask a question from the Question box. Take a screenshot if that will help to explain the problem.

Explain exactly what you were trying to do when the problem arose. Is this the first time you've come across this problem? Did it work OK before? Have you just changed your theme? Did you install and activate a new plugin?
Write about what steps you took when the problem first arose. Try to recreate the exact scenario so that others may duplicate the steps in order to help you.
If you have any more information that will help people to answer your question then include it in the body of your question.
