Not Every Answer Will be Correct

Remember that not every answer you receive will be correct.

Sometimes people will misunderstand your question and so give an answer on a different topic altogether. Try to be as clear as possible when you're explaining the problem.

Everyone who answers your question is trying their best to be helpful but they may have misunderstood the information they are giving you. We all make mistakes.

If you receive an answer that sounds like it’s on the right track but you have a problem implementing it; ask for clarification and further assistance using the ‘Reply’ button. Then the person who gave you the answer will receive an email telling them that you have replied to their comment. They will usually come back to you with more information.

Remember that this is a multi-national community and someone from a different time-zone may take longer to reply than someone who lives in the same part of the world as you.

If you don’t receive an appropriate solution within 24 hours rewrite your question being even more explicit. But please don't ask the same question within minutes of the first question. Give the community time to respond.

Remember to thank everyone who responds to your question. They are taking time out of their own busy lives to help you and would like to know that it’s appreciated.

As you become more knowledgeable remember to ‘pay it forward’ and try to answer any questions from others that you feel are within your areas of expertise.

Wouldn't it pull up all the lessons for that subject right away if you put your question in the search bar at the top?
