Other Options

Try Google: Ask your question in the Google search bar. You may find the answer very quickly.

Try YouTube: YouTube is the second most popular search engine in the world. You’ll very likely find a solution in a video.

Try wordpress.org: If the problem is WordPress, theme or plugin related then wordpress.org could have the answer for you. Go to wordpress.org and look for the support forum for the theme or plugin you're having a problem with. The support forums at WordPress are very helpful and you may find your solution there.

As a last resort, send a Private Message to someone with whom you have had a prior relationship or who seems knowledgeable in the area of your problem. Remember to thank them profusely - they are taking time out of their busy life to help you.

When you feel comfortable enough to answer questions please 'pay it forward'.
