Upon activation, you'll notice a new "Avatars" menu item in your Wordpress admin menu area:
Clicking on it will take you to the plugin’s settings page, allowing you to choose/define how you want to display the user avatars on your Wordpress website.
As you'll see, each option is very straightforward ... What is important: by default, the plugin allows users with at least an Author role to upload their own custom profile photo, but you can change that and allow contributors and subscribers as well.
Another important option: if you want, you can completely disable Gravatar on your site in order to only use local avatars.
Once you are happy with your choices don't forget to click the "Save Changes" button to store your settings.
Now let's see the magic ...
