If you want to retain your Publishing Frequency at 100% you should be writing at least 3 articles / posts per week on your website.

It is recommended to write posts that are about 1000 - 1500 words long and that contain 3 - 5 supportive images.

Additionally you can edit your existing posts. Improve spelling, grammar, appearance and add more content or images.
